A scheduling deposit secures your place within our construction calendar and enables material procurement, trade allocation, permitting, and site preparation. Design & Pre-Construction Planning
Following contract execution, we enter a structured planning phase focused on eliminating uncertainty before construction begins. During this stage, layouts are finalized, materials and finishes are selected, technical drawings are prepared, and all required permitting is coordinated.
